Create a service request

To create a request for service, the client logs in to Billetterie® and specifies the nature of their request, attaches all the relevant documents and submits their request. Once validated, an acknowledgment for the service request will be sent to the client. A ticket for the ‘Request for Service’ will only be generated if all mandatory information has been supplied by a client.

New Ticket

1. Logins to Billetterie®

2. Clicks on ‘Request Service’ under any service

3. Upload the relevant files

4. Click on the submit button
