How to Update a Department

Role required: Admin

  1. Navigate to the Admin panel > Departments
  2. On the department form, update the following fields as appropriate:
Service name Unique name for the service
DescriptionDescription of the service
Assign department List of available departments
SLAList of available SLA’s
is Billable? A check box to indicate if the the service is billable
Billing amountThe amount of the service

Click update department.

Exception(s) : If the name of the department is not unique the department can not be updated.
