How to Update a Department
Procedure
Role required: Admin

- Navigate to the Admin panel > Departments
- On the department form, update the following fields as appropriate:
Field | Description |
Service name | Unique name for the service |
Description | Description of the service |
Assign department | List of available departments |
SLA | List of available SLA’s |
is Billable? | A check box to indicate if the the service is billable |
Billing amount | The amount of the service |
Click update department.
Exception(s) : If the name of the department is not unique the department can not be updated.
