How to Update a Department
Role required: Admin
- Navigate to the Admin panel > Departments
- On the department form, update the following fields as appropriate:
|Service name||Unique name for the service|
|Description||Description of the service|
|Assign department||List of available departments|
|SLA||List of available SLA’s|
|is Billable?||A check box to indicate if the the service is billable|
|Billing amount||The amount of the service|
Click update department.
Exception(s) : If the name of the department is not unique the department can not be updated.
