  • Delete an SLA

  • From the Admin panel, click on Service Level Agreement icon
  • The list of the configured SLAs should appear
  • Select an SLA and click on the Remove button next to the SLA
  • A confirmation message should be displayed
  • Click Yes to confirm the deletion
